Kurt Fowler is the managing director of SteelFacts, which he helped start in 2003 to serve the steel industry and its participants.

Kurt has over 6 years experience in the steel industry. His previous employment experience involved him in information technology, strategy and financial consulting in the industry.

Kurt is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a BA degree in political science. He also attended the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh where he earned both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in the Management of Information Systems (MS-MoIS).
