Purchase Policy
Due to the nature of our products, SteelFacts is unable to refund ANY purchases made via our website. SteelFacts reserves the right to provide a replacement to customers with mistaken purchases. However, replacements will only be approved after consultation with SteelFacts personnel.
Replacement Policy
SteelFacts may provide to customers a gift certificate equal to the value of a purchase made in error. This gift certificate may be used to purchase a replacement report.
Terms of Use
SteelFacts fees are charged on a per company/organization basis. Unauthorized redistribution of SteelFacts information, including the forwarding of e-mail attachments to third parties, is prohibited without prior written authorization from SteelFacts.

Consumers are entitled to use the data provided by SteelFacts on behalf of the AISI for internal company use only. Data is not to be republished for commercial use unless express written consent is obtained from SteelFacts. SteelFacts can provide commercial recipients with a license to distribute data. Recipients republishing data provided by SteelFacts without a license for commerical use shall be prosecuted.
